Of course it's easy to be a critic. My fears about the NPR PI deal are that many involved may think that the way forward is all about the technology.
So my first post was full of those fears.
To be more positive - I have recently posted about what I think might be the key elements of what a successful business model may be - you can see it here.
I have also had to think through what would be the requisite internal culture to deliver a 2.0 experience - I have been forced into finding a metaphor by the fact that KETC has to offer a template to the system for how best to be a social convener. This is my first shot.
What do you think - I have liberally borrowed from many of you - especially Stephen's views on the value of the archive.
