Will Wright might as well start a conversation -why are voices of color in public media still absent or gagged?
I dearly hope that mine is one of many voices of color here...
There are so many people, even some with power, who talk about aggressively grooming, training and mentoring voices and ideas of color. It is morose though, that few people walk that talk. Please tell me why you think this happens.
By the way, when you're curious please ask me why there is a lively debate about using the terms "minority" versus "person of color."
